We began making jam to help with an allergy and now we help educate families on understanding what is in your jams and jelly. My daughter Jayda is allergic to synthetic Citric Acid (this is made of corn and mold). We provide jams using only locally-sourced fruits and the lowest amount of sugar possible.
By reducing the amount of sugar and using fruit directly from the local farms, our product is not only healthier but also tastes 1000% better! The fruit in our jams and jelly are the highlight of what our awesome farmers produce!
