Refund & Substitution Policy
By placing an order with Working Food, you agree to the terms below.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before the order window closes. After the order window has closed, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for missed pick-ups.
Pick-Up Responsibility
Customers are responsible for picking up their order, or arranging pick-up with a designated person, during the scheduled time. Orders not picked up during the designated window will not be refunded or credited.
Substitutions
If you opt in to substitutions at registration, Working Food may replace an unavailable item with a similar product of equal or greater value. Substitutions will be made in good faith based on product type and quality. No additional charges or refunds will be issued for substituted items.
Product Quality & Credits
We inspect all products before distribution. If we determine that an item is damaged or does not meet our quality standards, we will issue a store credit for the value of that item.
If you receive a product in unsatisfactory condition, you must contact us within 24 hours of pick-up and include a photo and a brief explanation of the issue.
Store credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and do not expire.
Product Variability
Working Food partners with local farmers and producers. Many items are perishable and may vary in appearance, freshness, and shelf life. These natural variations do not qualify for refunds or credits.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Working Food’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the products in your order.
