About Us
Flavorful LLC is a Gainesville-based catering and spices company founded by two women from West Africa, Ivory Coast and Senegal: Awa and Aisse.
Our passion for sharing different cultures and providing memorable experiences through food led us to start this venture. We differentiate ourselves by emphasizing the use of non-GMO and natural products and produce, working with local farmers, and offering halal meats. We aim to expand the knowledge and experiences of West African and Afro fusion cuisines around the USA, while promoting the use of authentic condiments and spices. We also intend to share more about the cultures behind those cuisines, highlighting the differences and commonalities that bring people together. As we work with different farmers, customers, and partners, we serve as the liaison between people and cultures in different countries.
